"Brilliance" is brilliant! The theme of inequality within our species always makes for fascinating plots but this one is spectacular story telling! Sakey begins with the tense situation of our normal world filling, over a period of decades, with a percentage of "gifted" individuals, born with abilities far superior to normal people. Each superior individual with an ability that gives him or her a distinct advantage over the majority of the population. He then let's this inequality try to deal with itself. Awesome story telling!
